What is obvious we tend to overlook. Perhaps it is because we need a puzzle to solve. The approach to life can’t be super simple. Creating our own success has to be a bit more complex, doesn’t it? A basic behavior like smiling, we forget to do it. And let me tell you, serious looks aren’t your friend as you get older. Relax.

We make things harder than they need to be. All of this overthinking is bad for the youthfulness of our complexions.
