WEDNESDAY’S STORY: AIRPORT EMBRACE
Yesterday was a very long day that ended in a revitalizing gesture. Small gestures from strangers. We spend so much time online trying to connect with me people and experiences. I would argue that in our real lives, we may be hesitant with intimacy. We are often afraid of one another’s “personal space.” I do try to break that whenever I can. It was nice to experience something different.

TUESDAY LOVE: WHAT IS IT ABOUT YOU?
I can’t help myself. I was absent for almost a week and it’s July 1st. I need to show you more love because you need to know that you are awesome. You need to know that the excitement to spend time with you is authentic. Nick Saban was a source of inspiration too. Thank you for being a blessing in my life. I can only hope the feeling is mutual.

WHAT YEARNING IS
This is how I have been feeling lately. I describe it as the mind’s ability to add sexual and sensual dimension to our physical movements towards one another. We know what foreplay is. We understand intimacy. However, without that “yearn” or dimension it loses its significance. The idea that doing something, anything, without the meaning or purpose behind it does lose its momentum and power. This can apply to even the most mundane activities. Sex and the physical touch behind it, is special.

MONDAY LOVE: THE POWER OF CHARM
” You know what charm is: a way of getting the answer yes without having having asked any clear question.” Camus Let’s not be afraid of ourselves and the gifts that lie within us. Charm is a skill that I believe is innate in all of us. It is confidence that is the catalyst. A skill of seduction.

WHAT’S BEHIND THE DOOR?
On my knees. Waiting for you. Anticipating you. My eyes avert yours as I hear the thud of your beautiful shoes stride purposefully over to me. Then you stop, the zipper of your pants a mere inch away from my red lips. My hands aren’t tied so my hands can free that beauty of a bulge hiding underneath your slacks. Before you can let that happen, you kneel down and push your fingers inside me. The answer if I am ready? A slight whimper escapes my throat. What are we waiting for? Like a puppy, the top of my head brushes up into your crotch. I’m so happy to feel…

SATURDAY SENTIMENT: SLICES OF US
Finding ourselves in slices. What we give and what we take. There is a eroticism to the mystery of us. The gospel of “finding yourself” perhaps is too large. An expectation too great. I’m not afraid to admit that my soul slumbers and awakens.

HUMP DAY LOVE: WORDS TO PONDER
Last weekend we celebrated Easter and for Jewish people the end of celebrating Passover. The symbolism is not lost for those that practice faith. Sacrifice and renewal. In a world that is trying to shorten our attention spans, it is the holidays of Passover and Easter that can make us purposefully pause. Faith. Gratitude. Forgiveness. Love. We all love platitudes. How often do we “like” them on social media? It makes us feel good for the nanosecond that we engage. How many times in an average day do we try to disrupt our own habits and schedules for the good of another? It is the small not necessarily large gestures…

TUESDAY MORNING LOVE: BLESS THE UNEXPECTED
A note that was done technically a few minutes before midnight as we begin a Holy Week. Religious or not, the signs of renewal are around us – with Spring poking its head out and the cherry blossoms in full bloom. Its a good time to put yourself out there…

CONFESSIONS: LOVE & A CHEESE SANDWICH
Dedicated to every man who has allowed me to see the depth of love, and to the one I shared a grilled cheese with.

AND THEN SOMETHING MAGICAL HAPPENS
It is safe to say that at some point in our lives we will experience true heartbreak. A loss in one form or another. The kind of heartbreak that physically fatigues you, despair is the word that comes to mind. You may experienced this… When people are talking, you hear their voices but you aren’t listening, not because you don’t care what they have to say, but because you can’t quite concentrate on the words. It just sounds like Charlie Brown’s mother. The other day, I was looking through photos from a random online folder and there it was. A memory of my experience with despair. A photo from New…
